The order process

A Very Personal Service

The team at are here to help you chose the perfect piece of artwork. We offer a unique friendly service, from your initial enquiry or order, through to delivery to your end destination.

You can place your order through our secure server on the website which guides you step by step through this quick and easy process. Alternatively, if you prefer to speak to a real person then please contact our customer service team on 01763 242770. They will help you place your order over the phone. Your order is then placed direct with the artists publishers – we only ever purchase our artwork direct from the artists publishers assuring it’s authenticity.

Your order will then be sent to our authorised framing and distribution centre. Here it will be inspected and packaged for dispatch or if you have chosen our professional framing option your artwork will be framed by our talented team of qualified framers (who have been framing for 20 years and have a huge amount of knowledge). On completion, the piece will be quality checked and packaged ready for dispatch.

A certificate of authenticity is included with the artwork. This certificate states the artist, title, edition size and medium. It is printed with the artists and publishers signature.

We hand package every order using our bespoke packaging to ensure the safety of your items in transit. We value each and every artwork and make every effort to safeguard it before sending it to our customers

We partner with our trusted delivery company DHL who collect orders on a daily basis. They deliver quickly and efficiently.  You will be sent a tracking number email on dispatch of your
artwork to enable you to track your specific delivery.

All that’s left to do on delivery is to position your artwork and enjoy!
